If you’re in the mood for a truly decadent sweet treat, you need to stop by Sweet Basil! Their desserts are so stunning, they look more like works of art than food. You almost don’t want to dig in because they’re so mesmerizing—but the taste and texture are even better. I tried the pear caramel cube: the outer shell had the most satisfying crunch, the mousse inside was light and fluffy, and the fresh pear and caramel center was the perfect combination.
